Patient Access Policy
The Practice has a new Patient Access Policy which gives you our most up to date information on how to access our services.
Please note the Surgery will be closed on these dates from 12pm onwards, If you require non urgent medical attention please call out of hours 111, if you require urgent medical attention please call 99
The gym is now open at the following times:

|Tuesday||08.00 to 13.00|
|Wednesday||08.00 to 13.00|
Any changes to the above times will be well communicated to users of the service. There is a charge of £2.50 per one hour session. Your Gym Instructor is Stacey Walker and she is happy to assist all patients' who wish to use the gym.
Accessible Information Standard (AIS)
All organisations that provide NHS services, or publicly funded adult social care have implemented and conformed to the Accessible Information Standard (1605). This means we would like to record your preferred method of contact so that you can receive your health information in a format you can understand.
For most of us our preferred method of contact is our home number or mobile number but for example, if you suffer from hard of hearing or blindness that may not be suitable for you. If you or someone you are caring for wishes us to contact you in another way, please do let us know by informing our reception staff at the practice. We will then record your needs by highlighting it on your medical records.

Patient Participation Group (PPG)
Did you know we have a Rycroft Primary Care Centre and South Hiendley Surgery Patient Participation Group? Our next meeting date at Rycroft is yet to be confirmed, please let us know if you would like to be involved.
For any patients who are unable to attend the meetings, we are also starting a 'virtual' group, where we send out information by e-mail to our PPG members, asking for your feedback regarding our service and input into any new projects or services which we may be considering, please let us know if you would be happy to be part of this 'virtual' group.
